No call required to find out what something costs. Every option uses the same organic granular blend — pick the one that fits your lawn and your budget.
These are estimates. They come from Brazos County property records and satellite building outlines, minus an allowance for the driveway and patio — your actual lawn may be bigger or smaller. You still choose your lawn size above, and we confirm it before your first visit.
Prices are per lawn and exclude Texas sales tax, which is added to your invoice. Your program year runs twelve months from the day you sign up, not from January. Over 15,000 sq ft? Get a custom quote.

We’re a College Station company with one idea: the best lawn on the block should come from the ground it’s standing on. So we make our fertilizer here — an organic, chemical-free granular blend milled in the Brazos Valley for Brazos Valley clay and the Bermuda and St. Augustine that grow in it. Nothing trucked in from a national plant, nothing sprayed from a tank of synthetic feed.

The Brazos Best line is formulated and milled in house, right here in the Brazos Valley. It's built for local clay soil and warm-season grass rather than bagged as a generic national mix and shipped in.
