Why Green Sprouts

Fewer visits. Same great lawn.

  • Three visits, not six or seven

Our 3-Step Program covers the full season in three well-timed applications instead of the six-to-seven-visit cadence most local companies use — less time waiting around for a truck.

  • A blend made for this soil

Brazos Best is formulated for Brazos Valley clay and warm-season turf — Bermuda and St. Augustine — not a generic national mix.

  • Prices you don't have to call to get

Every service on this page is priced up front. No estimate visit required just to learn a number.

The Blend

Brazos Best, by the numbers

Step 1 and Step 3 use a 22-0-3 formulation with pre-emergent for weed control at the start and end of the season. Step 2 pairs 23-0-3 with Bifen insecticide during peak growing months (Apr–Sep) to head off chinch bugs and fire ants before they show up.
